PRINTS

All prints ordered via website will be sent to print Fridays, please consider time and COVID19 affects for shipping

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds for artwork prints as each print order is made to order
  • Inspection and packaging of prints are done by us, we ensure that they are shipped in perfect condition. Any damage to the outer edges of the paper will not be considered as damage as it can be hidden with framing
  • Art prints are sold unframed, we recommend taking your print to your local framing professional to discuss your options
  • All quality art/photographic prints are original artwork by Natalie Estay Valenzuela
  • Quality art/photographic prints are printed on high-quality Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm
  • All prints vary in price and range from A5 to A2 size. If you require a custom size, please contact us and we will let you know if this is possible
  • Each print varies in size availability due to medium used to take photograph  (this includes A2 availability)

GARMENTS

  • We understand that purchasing clothing online can often not work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges
  • Returns must be delivered back within 15 days of when the item was received (understanding present COVID19 postage delays) with returned or exchanged shipment cost the responsibility of the buyer
  • Garment returns or exchanges must be delivered in original package and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund
  • Any specific measurements or concerns with fit of garments, we are more than happy to discuss this before purchasing, please email natalie.estay.valenzuela@gmail.com
  • Please consider that some items will be made from second-hand or recycled clothing and fabrics. Sustainability within repurpose and re-use is something we value that we try to achieve to make this planet just that tiny bit better
